We limit our practice to approximately 10 new clients per year. In order to assure our clients the best level of service, we have found that we can represent only a handful of client matters. Each client is important and it is our job to champion their needs and vindicate their rights. Our satisfaction results from knowing that we have helped a client during a tragic time. Usually, this involves a battle against Goliath and against "the system".

Clients who are in need are usually referred to our firm while in a state of crisis. Typically, this involves the death of a loved-one or is the consequence of a catastrophic problem.
Our commitment to each of the select clients who we represent, is to represent them to the best of our ability and to place their interest before ours.

To provide the leadership needed to assure justice within a legal system that is complex, slow and flawed.
To cause the jury to appreciate that Truth and Justice are essential, if our system is to work.
To seek truth and promote justice.
To take only meritorious cases, which require a public forum in order to vindicate the rights of the injured party. We will not take a case merely because the potential client has financial means.
To maintain the sanctity of the clients' rights.
To offer general practitioners and other referring lawyers, an avenue to insure that their clients receive excellent representation.
