Mark Collins obtained a multi-million dollar settlement (the amount of the settlement is protected from disclosure by a confidentiality agreement) against the Federal Express corporation, arising out of the death of a Vietnamese immigrant who was hit by a Federal Express driver. Mr. Collins was able to show that the death was the result of Federal Express procedures which resulted in a driver driving a vehicle he was not familiar with or qualified to drive.
